2. Cancellation Policy
- Once a digital service is purchased, it cannot be canceled as the content is delivered instantly.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled before the next billing cycle through the user’s account settings.
- If you experience any issues with accessing our services, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
- Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error.
- If you have been unable to access the purchased content due to a system failure on our end and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date with valid proof of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Refunds
